The AGM will be held at 11.30am on 18th February 2012
The Turnpike Hotel, Harpole Turn, Weedon Road,
Harpole, Northants NN7 4DD.

Coffee will be available from 11am

Notice is hereby given that the 2012 annual general meeting of the company will be held for the following purposes:

1. To receive the report of the directors and the accounts for 2011
2. To approve the minutes of the previous AGM
3. To consider the income and expenditure accounts and balance sheet
4. To consider, and if thought fit, pass any resolution proposed by a full member before 7th January 2012
5. To re-elect members of council who, retiring by rotation as director under the articles of association and, being eligible, are offering themselves for re-election as director
6. To elect council members who, before 7th January 2012, have submitted a correctly completed nomination form and have subsequently been elected, where necessary, by a ballot of the members
7. To re-appoint the company’s auditors until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the company at which accounts are laid before the members and to authorise the directors to determine their remuneration

A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to vote, and attend, instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the company.
Please check the website www.britishreining.co.uk regarding confirmation of the start time of the AGM and any changes which may be needed due to weather conditions.
